Once I read 's news [link] I decided to give it a try- that is I redrew something very old of mine to check the level of progress I've made so far.
I must say it was very fun and I encourage you to do the same :].
2004 was the time when I joined deviantArt. I didn't know Photoshop CS and I drew everything with my crayons and then I edited finished works in Corel Photopaint by smudging like crazy ( you can see it here ,too). Yeah.. it was very lame xD..
You know, few years ago I was really depressed because other artists on dA were so awsome and I didn't believe I would do any progress X_X. Fortunately, I had great friends who supported me- one of them is and this image presents her in some clothes designed by me.
I redrew the image with my copic markers and edited it in Photoshop CS3 by adding some textures.I changed some parts- she's got a different pose because in 2004 I wasn't able to draw arms like this xD;;;.I sucked at drawing butterflies, too.

As you can see, everyone can make a progress. Don't give up and keep on drawing :]. It really works!
